1. General Terms

jya9 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms form a legal agreement between the user and jya9. Please read these terms in full before accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service.

In these terms, "you" or "user" refers to anyone using the jya9 platform. "We", "jya9", or "platform" refers to the operating authority of jya9.

These terms were originally prepared in English but have been made available in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. If any conflict arises between the two versions, the Bengali version shall apply.

• jya9 reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
• Continuing to use the service after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you disagree with any term, please stop using jya9's services.

2. Account Registration

To create an account on jya9, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being cancelled.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Full name (as shown on your National ID or passport)
• Valid mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Current address
• Details of your preferred payment method

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. jya9 will never ask for your password by phone or email under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All casino and betting activities on jya9 are for persons aged 21 and above only. Providing a false age at registration will result in account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.

At any stage, jya9 may request any one of the following documents for age or identity verification: National ID (NID), passport, driving licence, or a bank statement no older than three months.

If documents are not submitted within the specified time after a verification request, the account may be temporarily suspended. Protecting minors is our priority, in line with our Responsible Gaming policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted payment methods for depositing and withdrawing funds on jya9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Funds must be sent only from the account holder's own mobile banking or bank account.
• Deposits made in a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds received as a bonus.
• For security reasons, withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be complete before each withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers on jya9 are provided subject to specific conditions. Accepting any bonus is considered acceptance of the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jya9 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawal, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

• If the bonus is not used within the set period, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed through more than one account.
• jya9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer for any reason.

5.2 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on weekly net losses: up to 0.5% at Bronze level, up to 1.0% at Silver level, up to 1.5% at Gold level. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Cashback is added directly to the account.

6. Betting Rules

Certain fundamental rules apply when placing bets on jya9's sports betting and casino games. A bet is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed — bets that are incomplete due to a page refresh or disconnection may be cancelled.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• Bets placed on cricket, football, or any other event before odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• jya9 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, the related bets will be reviewed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for slots, live casino, and fishing games are set according to the game provider's guidelines.

For multi-bets, all selections must be correct for the bet to be considered a win. If even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jya9 platform. If any of these are proven, the account will be permanently closed and deposited funds will be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing coordinated bets or misusing bonuses with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds or money laundering.
• Threatening other users or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

jya9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these terms.

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Before closing, ensure there are no pending withdrawal requests or bonus balances on your account.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is causing problems for you, let us know — we can place restrictions on your account for a set period or permanently. Full details are available in our Responsible Gaming guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

The jya9 platform operates on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure consistent availability of the platform, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• jya9 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG) — no outcome can be predicted.
• The outcomes of games operated by third-party game studios (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) are entirely controlled by those studios' systems.
• jya9's maximum liability will never exceed the amount deposited in the user's account.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

jya9 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to keep your information safe. Payment-related information is not shared with any third party, except as required to complete transactions with the necessary payment gateway providers.

11. Changes to Terms
